Sprouted wheat is easy to digest and rich in fibre and vitamins B and C. Many essential amino acids absent in other grains can be found in sprouted wheat. It also has less starch and is easy to digest. Carrots are a rich source of vitamin C. This helps build strong teeth and bones and boosts immunity. While Travelling

To prepare, gradually mix a little boiling hot water with a spoonful of porridge mix in a bowl until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Do not mix all the water at once. You may add a natural sweetener for taste. Do not add ghee or salt. Cool and feed the porridge to your baby when it is lukewarm.
At this stage of your baby’s development, you can feed your baby this porridge twice a day.
